At PWS, we are well equipped with our own top quality service department run by fully trained and qualified technicians.
Our work does not end at the point of sale. Instead, our team is able to provide support to our clients throughout the entire duration of product usage. We offer servicing and repair services on all our products to all clients. A good inventory of most parts is retained in stock by our service department and, if necessary, original parts can be imported directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to carry out the necessary services to restore the product to its optimal condition.
Servicing and repairs of most small-scale products is carried out within our servicing department, located next door to our shop in Rabat, Malta. In the case of large scale or fixed products, or when urgent support is required, our services can be carried out on site.
Software support for some of our modern, electronic weighing scale systems, such as those installed at the supermarket counters and in the pre-pack industry, is also provided. Nowadays, remote access allows us to sort out software issues both on the PC and on the weighing scale within minutes and get the scale to work in optimum condition in the shortest time possible.
